For this contemporary family home, some careful consideration was required to devise an interior plan that incorporated the dynamic nature of the architecture, which included a curved feature wall of Ōamaru stone.

The clients had worked with me before on a previous project, and came with an array of antique furniture that they wanted to incorporate into this modern home.

I enjoy the challenge of melding old with new in a coherent fashion, juxtaposing charming ornate pieces with the clean lines of modern materials and finishes.

The finished design is one that speaks to the personality of the clients, while also delivering the amenities and easy living of a new build.
